Sultan Buneri
BUNER: The people of Peer Baba on Saturday held a protest demonstration against load shedding and demanded of government to stop the step motherly treatment with them. The protesters, holding banners inscribed with slogans against provincial government, blocked the Mardan-Swat road for all kinds of traffic.   “WAPDA has started 20-hour load shedding including eight-hour continuous shut down of power which has disturbed daily routine life. Industry has been destroyed. People have job to perform, no work is done in offices. On the other hand our children are facing difficulties in preparation for their examinations” protestors said and warmed the government if Wapda did not stop long hours load shedding within four days they would go for civil disobedience.
